The simple note is a summary of the latest incidences of a property. The certification is a complete simple note where the entire history of the property is contemplated.

The interested party manages to obtain the identification of the same, the identity of the owner or holders of the rights registered on it, and the extent, nature and limitations of these. The value of the simple note is purely informative. (can be obtained, by owner, by property number, by address).

Servicios de índices de la propiedad
El Servicio de Indices del Registro de la Propiedad es un registro dependiente y mantenido por el Registro de la Propiedad. También es conocido como Registro Central de Indices o Registro Central de la Propiedad. Este servicio nos permite conocer dónde se encuentran registrados los derechos de una persona o empresa, la provincia, el municipio y el Registro de la Propiedad.
Inscriptions
El Registro de la Propiedad tiene por objeto la inscripción o anotación de los actos, contratos y resoluciones judiciales o administrativas que afecten a la propiedad y a otros derechos sobre bienes inmuebles, así como de determinadas resoluciones judiciales que afectan a la capacidad de las personas.
Certifications
Las certificaciones son las copias, transcripciones o traslados, literales o en relación, del contenido del Registro. Son el único medio de acreditar, en perjuicio de tercero, la libertad o gravamen de los bienes inmuebles o derechos reales inscritos (art. 225 LH).
